Nov 3 | Learn to Load: A 6-Session Bone Density + Pelvic Health Program
$180.00

Strong bones. Strong muscles. Strong confidence.

The Menopause Care Collective is partnering with Pillar Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy for Learn to Load, a six-session, small-group program designed to help you build strength, support bone health, and feel more confident exercising during midlife and beyond.

Changes in hormones during the menopause transition can have a significant impact on bone and muscle health. But knowing that strength training is important and knowing how to do it safely and effectively are two different things. This movement-based program will give you practical, individualized guidance for incorporating strength, impact, and loading exercises into your routine—while also taking pelvic floor symptoms into consideration.

What You'll Learn

Over the course of six 45-minute sessions, you'll learn how to:

  • Understand the major modifiable factors that affect bone health

  • Strength train effectively for bone and muscle health

  • Understand how body weight, nutrition, and hormones can influence bone health

  • Safely incorporate impact and loading exercises

  • Manage pelvic floor symptoms while strength training

  • Develop an individualized exercise plan you can continue independently after the program ends

What to Expect

This isn't just a class about bone health. You'll actually move, practice, and learn how to apply what you're learning to your own body.

The small-group format allows for more individualized attention while giving you the opportunity to learn alongside other women navigating similar changes. Across six sessions, you'll build skills progressively so that by the end of the program, you have a plan for continuing on your own.
